Questions about pricing
What counts as a credit?
One page analyzed is one credit. A 3-page bank statement uses 3 credits. Rejected files and checks that fail on our side do not use credits.
What happens when I reach my limit?
On paid plans, checks keep running and extra credits are billed at your plan's rate. You can set a hard cap. The Free plan stops at 10 credits until the next month.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing month.
What is the difference between Standard and Deep checks?
Standard reads the document's text, or OCR for photos, and returns in seconds. Deep reads the page image itself and is better on photos, scans, and complex layouts. Both run every file, metadata, and pixel check.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month, or yearly with two months free. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan runs to the end of the period.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, email us and we will make it right. Annual plans can be refunded for unused full months in the first 30 days.
When can I sign up?
