Privacy policy

What we collect
- Documents you check, and the fields read from them. In the live demo, documents are analyzed in memory and not stored.
- Visitor IP addresses, hashed with a secret, held in memory to rate-limit the demo.
- Account details once accounts open: name, email, and billing information.
How we use it
To provide the checks, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the sub-processors that run the service, listed on the sub-processors page.
How long we keep it
Demo documents are not kept. Account documents follow your retention setting, 30 days by default. See security.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at hello@fraud.works.
