Data processing

When you check documents, you are the controller of the personal data in them and FraudWorks processes it on your behalf. A data processing agreement will be available to Enterprise customers.
Our commitments
- Process documents only to provide the checks you request.
- Delete files on your retention schedule, and on request.
- Use only the sub-processors on the sub-processors page, with notice before adding one.
- Tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your data.
